I’m Sean’s right hand here at UAC. I make sure you and the community have a great space to workout in! I understand how important a good workout is for the body and mind. It’s never too late to workout, and who knows, you might just make a friend here(we’re that cool!).

I’m known as ‘mini beast’. When I’m not helping a member or team member, you’ll see me in the gym powerlifting. I love lifting heavy and aim to compete in 2024. I’ve got a vast knowledge base of mobility training, yoga, strength training; both professionally and personally because I love the human body! And truthfully, it saved my life! I’m not a trainer here, but you’ll find someone here to help you get to where you want to go.

Besides working out and listening to metal, I love playing RPG games. I’m addicted to any game with dragons and magic.

Stephanie - Manager

I understand what it’s like being intimidated by the gym. Feeling lost, not knowing what to do, or how to do it correctly.. because I’ve been there, too. Growing up I had fun being active, whether it was playing sports or joining group exercise classes, at local gyms, in college, and then eventually CrossFit. But I still wanted to learn more, and that’s what led me here- to share my knowledge with others of how empowering health & fitness can be.

I tailor workout programs for each individual's wants and needs. I love to help break down the basics of the weight room, how to move safely and effectively, with correct form, so you can be strong when doing what you love outside of the gym.

During weight training, correct form and range of motion is important to me. So we’ll make sure we dial in technique before we increase weights. Whether we use body weight, free weights, machines, or the barbell; slow and controlled movements are key.

We’ll exercise the full body as well as in each movement pattern, and may even add some cardio exercise to the circuit to keep the heart rate up. Especially with partner or group training sessions; it’s an easy and fun way to get strong with your friends.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions. It would be my pleasure to help you stay accountable while obtaining your health & fitness goals.

I have been a personal trainer for 20 years and a running coach for 22 years. Over the last two decades I’ve worked with runners, pre & post-natal women, seniors, kids, and clients who are managing ADHD, anxiety disorders, Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, heart disease, chronic low back pain, asthma, and diabetes. The certifications I’ve earned have allowed me the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, conditions, and goals. My program design is specific to each client and I strive to increase my client’s strength, mobility, and balance through our work together. Clients tend to express to me how strong their body feels in their daily living as well as in the other activities they pursue. My favorite part about my job is seeing the increase of love and appreciation clients have for their bodies and the visible release of stress and renewed smiles on their faces after a workout.

When I’m not working in the gym I like to hang out with my family and my doggo, write books, and run on trails (or treadmills if it’s pouring)! You can learn more at keelygrand.com

Grace believes that fitness is a very personal journey and subjective topic. No two bodies move alike, no two people's goals are the same. That's what fuels her to empower and educate her clients to test the waters, push their boundaries, and learn what makes them feel fit. We should train our bodies to function the way we want them to, not function a certain way because we're "stuck" with what we've got.

Grace enjoys working on strength training and athletic performance. She’ll work with you to learn safe movement patterns and help build knowledge around exercise that will allow you to live and move the way you want. Grace will collaborate with you to establish your goals and create a program that is effective, challenging and, most importantly, fun.

Outside of the gym Grace plays soccer, loves to bake, and tries to distract her dog from eating mud.

a.k.a. Shaolin Spocker #1701

If you want to feel good in your own body, do things you never thought possible, or simply find ways to move your body that make you feel awesome, I’m here to be your guide and your hypewoman!

I’m Sarah (a.k.a Spocker), a half-Taiwanese small business owner, barbell enthusiast, roller derby referee, and mom. I grew up as a sedentary kid, and I definitely wasn’t a born athlete. But, in my early 20s, I was lucky enough to stumble into a wushu practice at my university and fall in love with the sport.

That was the start of a 20-year journey training for wushu, playing competitive roller derby, and learning to love my big body–all while finding opportunities to get nerdy about movement and the body whenever I could. My time in sports and in the gym helped me realize that I want to help others find what I was lucky enough to stumble upon: a way to move and live in my body that actually feels GOOD.

Above all, I believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their own body, no matter what that means to them. My past experience in design has taught me how to get curious and actively listen to my clients, and I use my problem-solving mindset to help you break through roadblocks and reach your unique goals. I’m here to listen with compassion, and help you find the fun and empowerment that’s been missing from your fitness.
