We believe your can get a great workout by yourself, but having the support of a group of people will take you to the next level. We’ve got many types of classes available to meet you where you are!

 

Strength Circut with Ashley

Tuesdays/Thursdays - 6am/6pm

Rotate through various exercises that target your whole body. We will emphasize on slower controlled range of movement at a weight that is challenging for you. Slow it down to really nail safe and effective form with whole body movement. You’ll get a lot done in a short time!

*Approx 1 hour. First class is free to try.

BootCamp with Sean

Saturdays - 9:30am

There’s no denying you’ll be ready for a second breakfast after this class! It’s a challenging but fun class.

*Approx 45 minutes. Classes are partner based, so registration is required. First class for new students is free to try. Save your spot by stopping by the front desk or email to Manager@unitedathleticclub.com!

Bodyweight and Beyond w/Grace

Monday’s and Wednesdays - 6am

If it’s been a while since you’ve worked out, building back up or simply enjoy bodyweight exercises this is THE class for you!

The main focus will be functional strength(aka helps you by being similar to what you do day-to-day), balance/core strength and multi-directional movement. Gain confidence, get stronger, and get through your day with less pain! Show me your pets!!

First class is free to try. Continue your journey beyond the first class by reaching out to the coach directly after class.
